Media processing
Files you upload are processed on this server to extract audio, recognize captions and render a video. The speech model runs on the server; your audio is not sent to a third-party transcription API. Model files may be downloaded from the model distributor when the server first starts processing.
Your videos and browser session
A signed, essential browser cookie links you to your uploads and results. Download and preview endpoints check that session. Clearing cookies or changing browsers can make your previous results unavailable. Media from completed jobs is deleted after 24 hours; media from failed or cancelled jobs is cleaned up after 24 hours.
Traffic and usage records
The service records page visits, a random visitor identifier, session identifier, device category, referring domain, UTM campaign tags, and generation events. Task records include the uploaded filename, file size, duration, selected settings, status and download count. We do not store your raw IP address in the application analytics database. Administrative login rate limits use a one-way keyed value derived from the connection address. Reverse-proxy access logs may separately contain technical request information.
Administration and retention
Traffic and usage records are visible only in the password-protected admin dashboard. Application analytics are retained for 90 days. Essential session cookies expire after 30 days; admin access expires after 8 hours. The site does not use advertising trackers or sell data.
Your controls
You can cancel a running generation. Save results you want to keep before they expire. Avoid uploading sensitive recordings you do not want processed. Questions about this installation should be directed to the site operator through the channel where this service was provided.
